Description of Service

Dulkir Mod is a free, open-source quality-of-life modification for Minecraft, designed for use on Hypixel SkyBlock. It runs on Fabric Loader for Minecraft 26.2 (and 1.21.11 for the classic build) and provides convenience features including HUD overlays, dungeon tools, garden helpers, custom animations, and more.

dulkir-mod.com is the official website for downloading and learning about Dulkir Mod. The site provides download links, feature documentation, installation instructions, and related information. No subscription, payment, or account registration is required.

Usage Rights

Dulkir Mod is distributed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). Under this license:

• You may use, copy, and distribute Dulkir Mod freely.
• You may modify the source code, provided that modified versions of MPL-licensed files are also made available under the MPL-2.0.
• You may incorporate Dulkir Mod into larger projects under different licenses, provided MPL-2.0 components remain covered by MPL-2.0.

• Not represent yourself as affiliated with the Dulkir Mod development team without authorisation.
• Not distribute modified versions of the mod under the Dulkir Mod name without making clear that the version has been modified.

Dulkir Mod is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We make no warranties or representations that:

• The mod will function without interruption, error, or defect.
• The mod will be compatible with any particular version of Minecraft, Fabric Loader, or other mods.
• The mod will remain free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues.
• Use of the mod will not result in account suspension or ban on any game server.

You use Dulkir Mod entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Dulkir Mod developers and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mod or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of game progress, account suspension, data loss, or any other damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed zero, as the software is provided free of charge.

Third-Party Content

Dulkir Mod is designed to enhance gameplay on third-party platforms, including Hypixel SkyBlock. These platforms are operated independently and have their own terms of service. We have no control over third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.

The website uses Google Fonts for typography. Google's handling of font-related requests is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

Dulkir Mod's source code is open source under MPL-2.0. The Dulkir Mod name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of the Dulkir Mod project. You may not use the Dulkir Mod name or branding to misrepresent an unofficial fork or derivative as the official project.

Dulkir Mod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or Hypixel Inc. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned in connection with Dulkir Mod are the property of their respective owners.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or the mod (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Governing Law
